  • i was not meant to have painted fingernails. in less than 30 minutes i’ve managed to smudge/nick 4 of them. at least my toes still look ok. #
  • who’re all the girls in tiaras? they have sashes but i can’t read them from here. waiting for TGF to be finished so i can go home & sleep. #
  • home sweet home. time for sleep. here’s to not feeling quite so fat & slovenly tomorrow. doing events w/skinny chicks sucks sometimes. #
  • oh yay. i’ve been awake for 45 minutes but my hand is still asleep. or numb. can’t tell yet. no feeling in 2 of my fingers… #
  • dammit. curry fail. apparently my potatoes go directly from crunchy to melted. oh well, still tastes good even though it’s a bit starchy. #
  • are the bulls trying to give this game away? unbelievable. #
  • heading to sleep soon. off to disneyland tomorrow morning to see my friend & her choir. it’s been years since i’ve visited mickey & friends. #
  • going gray gracefully is so not happening here. just spent the last hour pulling the little buggers out. why yes, i am that vain. #
  • when there’s a 50/50 choice to be made, there’s about a 90% chance i’ll choose incorectly. gah. #
  • watching skyline h.s. jazz band perform at disneyland. just saw captain eo. space mtn is next. #
  • disneyland isn’t horrible. not terribly crowded & we haven’t had to wait over 20 mins for any rides. #
  • i max have lost my glasses. sucks. #
  • dland lost & found report filed. going home wearing sunglasses. awfully dark. #
  • oh yay. migraine. too late to go back to bed. grr. #

  • gonna be late for rehearsal. had to shower… #
  • hey 2 girls i almost hit w/my car: wearing really short skirts & heels doesn’t make u immune to traffic laws or those pesky laws of physics. #
  • i really want a cup of coffee right now. really. #
  • stuck my elbow in ketchup. what’s sadder? tried to lick it off. repeatedly. holding my arm with the other hand, inching closer w/ my mouth. #
  • does pizza negate working out? eating healthy is not my forte. neither is walking and chewing gum, or multitasking…what was i doing? #
  • why do i use my dishwasher if i have to prewash every item that goes into it? must be the novelty of it. #
  • countersteering is a lost art here in the hood. so, apparently, is parallel parking. or being considerate and leaving space for other cars. #
  • i consider myself vaguely techie. but i can’t access my vmail for my cell. or program this stoopid phone. i want my smartphone back! #
  • if you’ve called & left a vmail for me in the past 2 months, apologies for not calling you back. there’s no notification on this phone. grr. #
  • what, exactly, is a mama jama, and why is it in issue whether you’re good or bad? #
  • just took a break from emails to slow dance w/TGF to edelweiss. because we can. #pandora #
  • me: “gee, i haven’t seen my friend in….15 years?” TGF: “you mean back when i was 10?” excuse me while i look for the duct tape… #

  • ssshhhhh…don’t talk to me. stanford women are playing in the final 4. no, i won’t look at whatever’s on your monitor. STANFORD’S PLAYING! #
  • GO STANFORD! In the finals! Can’t believe they lost that 18 point lead though. Nneka is awesome! #
  • not a whole lot of painting going on today. too much rain… #
  • would it be wrong of me to offer to soundproof the neighbor’s house across the street? his kid plays the drums. often. loudly. #
  • rooting for butler tonight. gotta love the underdogs! suzy, i hope we can still be friends… ;-p #
  • pffft. taking too long to get out of the house today. must get moving! #
  • game’s over. time to go to rehearsal! UGLY game that Stanford should’ve won. props to UConn, they got it done. #
  • tgf’s mom is chopping down trees in the front yard? and getting “helpful” advice & some strange looks from passersby. #
  • i said hello to TGF’s mom. she’s weeding. is she going to think i’m rude because i’m not helping? hope not. it’s laundry time! #
  • phooey. thought i was done with the days when i had to scrounge for quarters for laundry. guess not. off to the car to look under the seats! #
  • srsly. do i come to YOUR house & move YOUR garbage cans? i see plenty of room down the street. go find somewhere else to put the minivan. #
  • egg, fried turkey bologna & cheese on toasted whole wheat. much better than the banana flavored oatmeal i had for breakfast yesterday. #
  • fooooooooooood coma. stripes are painted. hope the tape comes off monday… #
  • oh noes. two kids in suits going door to door. what are they doing? please don’t come over here. my windows are open, they know i’m here. #
  • contemplating an e-book reader purchase so i can read ebooks while in the john. or so i don’t have to stare at my monitor anymore. whatever. #

  • really well played, well executed game between michigan state & tennessee. hope duke vs baylor is just as good. i love march! #
  • HOLY COW!!!!! Way to go STANFORD!!!!!! Y’all just about gave me a heart attack though! FINAL FOUR!!!!!! #
  • drat. changed the potting soil in my plant. forgot to bake the soil first. now i have those annoying gnats/mites flying around. #
  • TGF just called to say someone threw money out of a car on the freeway!??! 110N just b4 the 105. ppl were pulling over but she kept driving. #
  • what i hate about shared laundry, #3490834: doing laundry after someone who wears a lot of cologne & uses smelly laundry soap=asthma attack. #
  • TGF is watching baseball. “catch it! throw it!…are you laughing at me? why are you laughing at me?” love it. annoying but cute! #
  • dinner. at 1030pm. ayce korean bbq. no, i wasn’t planning on sleeping tonight. why do you ask? #
  • oh yay. i hear the oontz oontz of some neightor’s music…just loud enough to be REALLY ANNOYING. must invest in custom ear plugs soon. #
